Position: Player Development Coach (Contract)
Location: Remote (Greater NYC Area & Westchester County Preferred)
Rate: $25/hour to start + profit-based bonuses | Growth potential to $40/hour

We’re creating a space where coaches grow alongside players, where basketball IQ matters as much as physical skill, and where the right voices have a chance to shape the future of the game.

We're looking for a Player Development Coach to join us on a contract basis—someone who’s ready to teach, collaborate, and help us build something real. Whether you've trained DII+ level athletes or you're just stepping into your coaching identity, if you've got the hunger, IQ, and communication skills—we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and lead individual and group player development programs

  • Break down game and workout film to guide development

  • Facilitate open runs and training sessions (Greater NYC / Westchester preferred)

  • Collaborate with our team and videographer to create short-form basketball content

  • Work primarily on weekends or as-needed, based on client availability

What You’ll Need:

  • CPR and First Aid certification (required)

  • Willingness to complete a background check (required)

  • Ability to travel to and from training locations within the Greater NYC/Westchester area

  • DII+ playing or coaching experience preferred, but not required

  • Strong basketball IQ and the ability to teach the why behind every rep

  • Organized, communicative, and reliable

  • Passion for mentoring, not just running workouts
